Development Philosophy
Every athlete admitted to Meridian FC has been evaluated against a single question: is this player already becoming who they need to be, on and off the pitch?
Our role is to remove obstacles — technical, tactical, physical, environmental — and to accelerate what is already underway.
We keep cohorts intentionally small. Every athlete is known by every coach.
